Requirements:
Besides
having no criminal record, the candidate should be qualified in international cuisine,

Job duties for Cook/Chefs:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and
foods
·
Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed
by dietitian or chef
·
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
·
Oversee kitchen operations
·
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and
equipment
·
May set up and oversee buffets
·
May clean kitchen and work area
·
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate
food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
·
May hire and train kitchen staff.
·
Cooks may specialize in preparing and cooking
ethnic cuisine or special dishes.
Job
duties for Food & Beverage Server:
Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer
questions regarding food and beverages
Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
Serve food and beverages
Prepare and serve specialty foods at patrons' tables
Present bill to patrons and accept payment
Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
Perform sensory evaluation of wines.

CLIENT
acknowledges that if CLIENT'S visa application is refused or closed due to the occurrence of
any of the
Following
circumstances. Events or actions on the part of the CLIENT or other entities
that neither FeximCo Canada Inc nor Authorized Representative will be liable to
CLIENT for any further services and would have deemed
To
have completed all his duties to CLIENT and all fees paid
would be deemed to have been paid in full for
Services
rendered and hence non-refundable to CLIENT these circumstances, events
or actions include:
a.
CLIENT'S application is rejected on basis of undisclosed medical or
criminal inadmissibility
b.
An Immigration Officer
deems the CLIENT'S education, training, English
language ability or experience to be untruthful or insufficient
c.
CLIENT has not provided FeximCo Canada Inc. with information
that was truthful, accurate and complete
d.
CLIENT fails to fulfill the undertakings.
TERMS
OF WITHDRAWAL
FeximCo
Canada Inc and Authorized Representative may choose to withdraw from this
contract and terminate this Agreement without refund or further obligation to
provide any further services to the CLIENT if CLIENT:
Provides FeximCo Canada Inc information that is untruthful or
inaccurate or fraudulent documentation.
Fails to comply with and failure to provide the documents
required to process the visa applications which are outlined in Schedule A
herein within 30 days of signature of this contract.
Neglects to provide FeximCo Canada Inc with
material and/or required information
within 30 days of written request.
Fails to remit fees as contracted herein and
payment remains outstanding greater than 30 days from invoice
date. FeximCo
Canada Inc may chose to withdraw from this contract and terminate this
Agreement at any time by providing CLIENT with a full refund of any CLIENT Fees
received to date.
REFUNDS
CLIENT
acknowledges that all fees paid to FeximCo Canada Inc and Authorized
Representative is paid for
Services
already rendered to CLIENT and therefore are non-refundable. This
Includes if:
I.
CLIENT chooses to withdraw their application for any reason
II.
CLIENT fails to respond to written requests from FeximCo Canada
Inc for required documents, information or instructions and CLIENT'S file
is withdrawn by FeximCo Canada Inc according to Terms of Withdrawal.
III.
CLIENT fails to remit fees to FeximCo Canada Inc as contracted
herein, and CLIENT'S file is withdrawn according to
the Terms of Withdrawal- Withdrawal for Non
Payment of Fee
IV.
Employer with draws intention to offer employment to CLIENT for
any reason prior or subsequent to visa issuance, or prior or subsequent
to the CLIENT arriving in the Canada to begin employment
V.
CLIENT does not clear the preliminary interview with the employer
due to insufficient language and in adequate professional knowledge.
