an ethnical meat and grocery market in Toronto, Canada. Our buyers work
carefully with a select number of Canadian suppliers to guarantee we receive
top quality products. We are proud to offer beef and naturally aged to
rightness.
Our delicious steaks and roasts are cut and wrapped in-store and our
premium grade beef is best to maintain quality and taste perfection when
enjoyed by our customers. Our most of customers are visible minority and
Arabian people those are looking best beef, mutton, lamp and chicken which is
slaughtered through religious way.
We offers a full service meat
department to help you select the best cut of meat, or poultry to suit people
needs and we deliver the meat in accordance to the requirement by the customers
and clients.
To serve best way and need an extension of our store and good and best
quality of staffs and workers who can understand our ethnic people language and
serve them according to their needs.
We have decided to build
store to keep variety of products on meat and need more staffs from visible
minorities to serve Canadian better and good way. We also build oven for bakery
and a deli inside our store which will began from March to April in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. This new style store targets less affluent neighborhoods where
potato chips and soda pop predominate, where apples shrivel and delis offer
sub-par meat, the same neighborhoods where more people suffer from diabetes and
high blood pressure. It will mostly serve in the area with visible minority and
Arabian people. It will create the opportunity to help ensure that all Torrential
have the food choices that for too long have been lacking in certain
neighborhoods. Our ethnic people from South Asians and Arabian are the most professional and
productive in the world. Being the best at what we do benefits us all. No other
nation can compete with our ability to produce the highest quality, safest,
most rich and affordable meat, poultry, eggs, dairy, crops, fruits, tree nuts,
and vegetables in the world. For the healthy meat and meat product and deli we
need following workers from outside Canada to serve Canadian in better way and
it will resolve the visible elderly minorities are best and sincere way.
For the above reason, we need the following workers from
outside Canada specially, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal who
will understand language of the Asian people and serve better way. It will
generate revenue of our store and give more revenue to Provincial and Federal
Taxes so that economy conditions of Canada will be best in the world. We tried
to hire local people but they are not working in our store permanently. They
left if they got higher benefit from our competitor.
If we recruit from outside Canada then will be bonded under
Temporarily Foreign Workers Program and they will not be able to move other
company with higher wage. It will give us steady job of our store and we can
work peacefully and serve the community and others best way.
Distribution: We slaughter the cow, lamp, chicken and goat
at slaughter house and distributed different shops in Toronto and its vicinity.
Revenue: we need the following workers to build up a solid
base of distribution and retail sale which will give us more revenue and
profit. At the same time, Government will also huge revenue from our store as
well as workers. We can captured all ethnic market and people as well as
general mainstream people.

Main Duties:
Grocery clerks and
store shelf stockers Duties:

Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers or for shipment or
delivery to customers

Carry customers' purchases to parking lot and pack in vehicles

Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
·
Use barcode scanning equipment to record incoming stock, verify
pricing and maintain computerized stock inventory
·
Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list
·
Attach protective devices to products to protect against
shoplifting
·
Stock shelves and display areas and keep stock clean and in order
·
Fill mail orders from warehouse stock
·
Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
·
Direct customers to location of articles sought
·
May sweep aisles, dust display racks and perform other general
cleaning duties

May operate cash register and computer for electronic commerce

Prepare special displays of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish
·
Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and
may wrap prepared meats, poultry, fish and shellfish
·
Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount,
product line and freshness of products according to company and customer
requirements
·
Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
·
May supervise other butchers, or meat cutters or fishmongers.
3. NOC 9463: Fish Cutter 3 Nos.
Wages: $15.75
per hour, 8 hours daily, 40 Hours per week.

Main
Duties:
Fish and seafood
plant cutters and cleaners Duties:

Cut, clean and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further
processing
·
Scrape away scales, cut fish, separate fillets and remove scrap
parts using knife
·
Check fish fillets to determine optimal number and size of fillet
sections, cut sections according to specifications and place in container for
weighing
·
Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans
preparatory to canning or further processing.

Main duties
Butchers, meat
cutters and fishmongers in this unit group perform some or all of the following
duties:

Employment requirements

Completion of secondary school may be required. General Terms and
Conditions for all category of jobs as above.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
1. This contract shall have duration of 24 months
from the date THE EMPLOYEE assumes his/her Functions. (The “TERM OF
EMPLOYMENT”)
WORK SCHEDULE
5.
THE EMPLOYEE shall work 40(forty) hours per week.
He/she shall receive wages as per their own category of works.
6. His/her
workday shall begin according to schedule prepared by the management for eight
hours every day or, if the schedule varies by day, specify: Sometime it may
vary according to volume of works at site. It is roaster duty.
5. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 60(sixty)
minutes per day of break time for lunch, coffee breaks Etc.
6.
THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 2(two) day(s) off per week, on Saturday and
Sunday or other day as per management.
7.
THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 14 DAYS of paid vacation.
8.
THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 10 days of sick leave per year.
WAGES AND DEDUCTIONS
9. Wages
shall be paid at intervals of Bi-Weekly.
10. THE EMPLOYER agrees
to pay all taxes and submit all deductions payable as prescribed by law
(Including, but not limited to employment insurance, income tax, Canada Pension
plan or Quebec Pension Plan).
11. THE EMPLOYER shall
not recoup from the EMPLOYEE, through payroll deductions or any other means,
any costs incurred in recruiting or retaining the EMPLOYEE. These include, but
are not limited to, any Amounts payable to a third-party recruiter.
REVIEWING WAGE
12. If applicable, the
EMPLOYER agrees to review and adjust (if necessary) the EMPLOYEE’S wages after
12 months of employment, to ensure they meet the prevailing wage rate for the
occupation in the Region.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
13. THE EMPLOYER agrees
to assume the cost of two-way air transportation for THE EMPLOYEE between the
EMPLOYEE’S country of residence and the place of work, i.e.: India. (Specify
the country of residence and the place of work). These costs are not recoverable
by the Employer.
ACCOMMODATION
14. THE EMPLOYER agrees to ensure that reasonable
and proper accommodation is available for the EMPLOYEE, and shall provide the
EMPLOYEE with suitable accommodation, if necessary. If accommodation is
provided, the employer shall recoup costs as outlined below. Such costs shall
not be more than is Reasonable for accommodations of that type in the
employment location.
a. THE EMPLOYER will provide the EMPLOYEE with
accommodation.
b. If yes, THE EMPLOYER will recoup costs at an
amount of $ 450.00 per month all inclusive (month, 2 week period etc…) through payroll
deductions.
HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CARE INSURANCE
15. THE EMPLOYER agrees to provide health
insurance at no cost to the foreign worker until such time as the Worker is
eligible for applicable provincial health insurance.
WORKPLACE SAFETY INSURANCE (Worker’s Compensation)
16. THE EMPLOYER agrees to register THE EMPLOYEE
under the relevant provincial government insurance plan. THE EMPLOYER agrees
not to deduct money from THE EMPLOYEE’S wages for this purpose.
NOTICE OF RESIGNATION
17. Should he/she wish to terminate the present
contract, THE EMPLOYEE agrees to give THE EMPLOYER for this at least one week
advance notice in written application.
NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
18. THE EMPLOYER must give written notice before
terminating the contract of THE EMPLOYEE if this employee. Has completed 3
months of uninterrupted service with THE EMPLOYER and if the contract is not
about to Expire. This notice shall be provided at least one week in advance.
CONTRACT SUBJECT TO PROVINCIAL LABOUR AND
EMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS
19. THE
EMPLOYER is obliged to abide by the standards set out in the relevant provincial
labor standards act. In particular, THE EMPLOYER must abide by the standards
with respect to how wages are paid, how overtime is calculated, meal periods,
statutory holidays, Annual leave, family leave, benefits and recourse under the
terms of the Act and, if relevant, collective Agreement. Any terms of this
contract of employment less favorable to THE EMPLOYEE than the standards
Stipulated in the relevant labor standards act is null and void.
